2009 - 2010 Season

The 2009-2010 Blue Devil ice hockey season has the potential to be one of the best seasons in the programs history. With the graduation of only 4 seniors, the core of the team returns with another year of valuable experience gained.

This years' Blue Devil team will be lead by Co-captains senior defensemen Joe Kramkowski, Dylan Moran and asst. captain junior forward CJ Meyer. Kramkowski & Moran return for their 4th varsity season while Meyer returns for his 3rd varsity campaign. Senior forwards Matt Wronski & Zander Maslow also return for their final season. The junior class is led by forwards Nick Attanasio & Henry O'Brien who both had breakout seasons in 2008-2009. Junior Morgan Bungerz returns in goal for his 2nd varsity season. Junior defensemen Colin Fitzhenry gained a valuable year of experience on the blue line last season. Sophomore forward Matt Lee and goaltender Steven Wronski earned substantial varsity time as freshman last season.

Cranford, Summit, Johnson, Scotch Plains, Governor Livingston and Dayton comprise the Union County League. Non-league opponents will see the Blue Devils facing off against Ridge, Verona, Mountain Lakes, Watchung Hills, Bridgewater-Raritan, Hopewell Valley, Madison & Park Regional. The Blue Devils will also be participating in the prestigious Cron Tournament in December.
